Hi I’m Jeni. My wellness journey began in my twenties when I cared mostly about performance and how I looked in a bikini. Now approaching 40, a wife and a mom, in addition to those things, I also think about my long-term health. I prioritize sustainable practices that create life-long, low-stress, health. This includes eating foods that nourish my body without completely eliminating the foods I love. It also includes functional exercises that keep me fit, moving well, and prepared for the many outdoor recreational activities I enjoy.
I deviate from the trail sometimes and wholeheartedly embrace that part of the journey. I know my body, I know what I’m capable of. I indulge at times, but always come home to the foundation I built for myself.
I help my clients to gain this same intuitive knowledge of how their body functions and responds to food, movement, and stress. Every human body is capable of wellness, regardless of injuries, limitations, and destructive mindsets. The body wants to heal itself, by eating foods designed for humans and moving the way our bodies are meant to, we can create an environment to support our natural healing power!
